Hiervoor zijn ze op zoek naar ervaren Oracle EBS (r12) adviseurs. Als adviseur ligt de nadruk van je werkzaamheden op het uitvoeren van projecten, waarin je klanten adviseert hoe ze meer waarde uit hun Oracle-systeem kunnen halen. Bij de implementatie van de EBS ondersteun je de business op het gebied van proces-en systeemontwerp, change management, acceptatietesten en training. Je zal intensief samenwerken met zowel de Business- als de IT-implementatie partners. Geschikte kandidaten beschikken over een afgeronde academische opleiding, een of meerdere Oracle certificaten (Finance of Logistics, maar eventueel ook OBIEE), en meerdere jaren hands-on consultancy ervaring. Je hebt in het verleden tijdens Oracle implementatie- of adviesprojecten rollen vervuld als proces expert, functioneel specialist en/of customizer. Oracle Applications Service Director
My client requires an Oracle Service Director to join their organization. The Service Director for Application Management will be responsible for the delivery of Application Service Management from the AMS provider. Provide Service Assurance, Service Change Management, Performance Management, Contract Management, Service Improvement, Spend Management & Optimization and Compliance for all Application Services in an ITIL framework. The successful candidate will have a proven ability to understand how service providers can and should work in an ITIL framework. They will have strong verbal/presentation skills potentially for Divisional Service Board reviews. Excellent communication skills to participate in reviews of the SM&I application results in portfolio reviews. They will have the ability to quickly build relationships and establish credibility across the BIS function, the AMS provider and throughout the organization.
