The Role
The role of a Design and Content Officer is pivotal in elevating the brand image and driving business growth through compelling content and innovative design strategies.

The Digital Design Executive is a creative and strategic professional responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that align with the company's brand vision and objectives. This role combines elements of graphic and digital design, content creation, and digital marketing to enhance the organization's online presence and drive engagement and sales within the target audience. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for aesthetics, excellent storytelling skills, and a strong understanding of content marketing principles.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation:

  • Develop and curate high-quality, engaging content for various marketing channels, including websites, blogs, social media, emails, social media and more.
  • Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, infographics, and videos that resonate with the target audience and convey the brand message effectively.

2. Email Marketing:

  • Design and execute compelling email campaigns to nurture leads, promote products/services, and drive customer engagement.
  • Design and develop marketing automation campaigns to increase cross sell, upsell and customer retention.
  • Monitor email performance metrics and recommend improvements to increase open rates and click-through rates and ultimately sales, informing subsequent campaigns.

    3. Brand Identity:

    • Ensure consistency in brand identity, messaging, and tone across all marketing materials and communication channels.

    4. Social Media Integration:

    • Work alongside the SEO and Marketing Coordinator to ensure all campaigns are reflected on social media ensuring integrated campaigns for maximum audience engagement.
    • Incorporate analysis of social media posts into wider campaign reporting.

    5. Content Marketing Strategy:

    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement content marketing strategies that support overall business objectives.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and best practices to continually refine the content marketing approach.

    6. Website Management:

    • Assist in maintaining and updating the company websites, ensuring content accuracy, relevance, and visual appeal.
    • Optimize landing pages and website content to improve conversion rates and user experience.

    7. Collaboration:

    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, namely internal sales, to ensure that marketing requirements support their targets.
    • Work closely with the wider marketing team, including product, SEO, paid search and EU colleagues ensuring a clear and consistent message across all marketing channels.

    8. Analytics and Reporting:

    • Use marketing analytics tools to measure the performance of content marketing initiatives and provide regular reports on key metrics and insights to stakeholders.
    • Proven experience in content creation, graphic design, and digital marketing.
    • Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
    • Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to adapt content for different platforms and audiences.
    • Knowledge of content marketing best practices and SEO principles
    • Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools.
    • Detail-oriented, creative, and able to multitask effectively.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
    • Prior experience in the industry or related field is a plus
