  • Recruitment Manager - Brussels

    We are looking for an experienced Manager for our office in Brussels.

    We are looking for a charismatic and inspirational leader who has excellent relationship building skills and able to lead a driven recruitment sales team by example. Strong local market knowledge and proven success recruiting in the Belgian Market and beyond is essential to ensure you drive revenue effectively. The role will initially have 3-5 direct reports with projected growth of 7-10 over a sustained period.

    Ideal individuals will be outcome focused and obsessed with quality, you’ll be a natural leader with positivity and empathy and used to setting a high performing culture. Strong people leadership skills are essential, and you’ll have previously grown a successful team and can demonstrate a track record of winning and developing clients effectively. You’ll have recruited within the technology space for a number of years ensuring you can ‘plug and play’ this experience in knowledge into our Brussels division here at Ntrinsic. 


    • Lead, manage and grow a team of consultants dedicated to either permanent or contract recruiting via solid business development strategy and becoming deeply involved with the current and future Ntrinsic client base
    • Lead from the front with business development activity and drive and foster a business development culture within your team(s), activities should include but not limited to identifies new business opportunities, negotiates business deals, and maintains extensive knowledge of market conditions
    • Work with the team on shared business opportunities ensuring that the unit operates as ‘one’ and all are working collaboratively
    • Assist in defining budget and financial measures for the team
    • Assist team members on client visits to develop, expand and close opportunities
    • Deliver on both personal and team target fee's
    • Conduct performance reviews, identify development needs, and provide coaching and mentoring to team members to help close gaps
    • Assist in building and sustaining a Great place To Work & Inclusive culture within in the team  
    • Provide performance analysis and reports to reporting Director/Managing Director
    • Ensure team adherence to standardised processes / operating principles
    • Manage and develop personal client and candidate portfolio
    • Conduct weekly team meetings to discuss strategy, sales, operational and financial results, etc.
    • Ensure team adherence to PO compliance 
    • Ensure team members take responsibility for cash collection cycle  
    • Demonstrates the Cpl Core Values in all aspects of the role
    • Ensuring a positive contribution to social media mediums in order to drive networking, candidate identification and develop client relations

    Experience & Attributes: 

    • Solid recruitment leadership experience within the technology sector
    • Seeks year on year improvement and understands in detail the revenue expectations of each staff member and seeks out new ways to achieve more business opportunities
    • Strong sales and business acumen, drives high achieving fees and a delivery orientated team with the budget always at the forefront of each discussion
    • Experienced People Manager, create and maintain a motivating, collaborative and positive working environment that encourages team performance to maximize outcomes for clients and candidates
    • Tech savvy, strong in Excel and budget management, manages Director and MD expectations
    • Ability to handle difficult situations in a calm and diplomatic manner
    • Works very closely with members of the Leadership Team to ensure there is a unified approach to business development and achieving budget 
    • Able to speak fluent English and either fluent French or Dutch
