As we approach the end of calendar year, it can seem harder than ever to stay focused and motivated. Understandably so with the year we have all had. Most of us are desperate for a prolonged break from working at home and having something different to think about and enjoy!

However, it is essential to keep motivated and build a good base for January. Here are our three top tips for staying motivated through the end of the year:

Set achievable goals

Probably the easiest way to stay motivated and stay on track during the end of the year is to set yourself some achievable goals. Whether that be a sales target or anything else you want to achieve, making sure you have some achievable goals will keep you motivated until the holiday festivities start.

Set priorities

Having set priorities will help you to manage your workload during the end of year period. Ensure you are aware of your workload and work out what needs to be prioritised so you can minimise stress and keep on top of things.

Take breaks

Wellbeing has been the focus of the year, and for good reason. Taking breaks in the day is key to staying on top of your workload and managing stress. Whether you decide to go for a walk or call a friend or family member to catch up, a break can help you to feel refreshed. It’s all about finding something that makes you feel re-energised. At Ntrinsic, we have been doing the Walk to Lapland challenge that motivates the team to get outside and go for a walk to clock up those steps.

These three top tips will help you to stay motivated and stay on track during the end of year period and will make sure you look after your wellbeing too.
