Ntrinsic's New Starters - Rav Rayat

In July 2021 we welcomed Rav Rayat into our fold. Since joining us, Rav has worked in the Technology Solutions team as a Recruitment Consultant. We caught up with Rav to find out how his first few months at Ntrinsic have gone. 

How long have you been with Ntrinsic?

I joined Ntrinsic in summer 2021, back in July.

What area do you specialise in?

I work in Technology solutions UK, which incorporates software development; cyber security; data and cloud. I have been mainly specialising in software product sales.

What have you most enjoyed about joining Ntrinsic?

The good working environment and support. I work with clients and we collaborate well with them.

What is a ‘typical’ day like?

A typical day is full of challenges, fun and good energy.

What has been your ‘best’ day so far?

The day I placed three contractors in one day with Liberata, back in September 2021, only two months after I joined Ntrinsic.

What is the biggest challenge that you have faced in your role so far?

It was probably when I’ve got five roles from Veracity. I had a week to turn them around. At the same time, I had candidates being sent to interviews as well.

What is something you are looking forward to doing in your role?

I am looking forward to building my own division and hopefully running and managing my team.

How has Ntrinsic helped you to develop in your role?

The support of the team at Ntrinsic and being able to work with senior people has helped me develop in my role.
