How long have you worked for Ntrinsic and what area do you specialise in?

I’ve been working for Ntrinsic for three years now. I am the main person of contact for the team as well as people outside the company. I essentially ensure the smooth running of the office on a day-to-day basis in a wide range of tasks and responsibilities.

Can you tell us what a ‘typical’ day is like for you at Ntrinsic?

There is no typical day at Ntrinsic! There is always a challenge to overcome or a difficulty to cope with.

What makes Ntrinsic stand out as a recruitment company?

Ntrinsic is a multicultural company which is a great benefit, we learn from each other’s culture. The team is also supportive, there is a great team spirit.

What do you think makes a great recruitment consultant?

A great consultant is someone who has a good self-confidence, great motivation to take challenges ahead and good sales skills.

What’s the best bit about your job?

The variety of tasks and responsibilities, the trust I get from my colleagues and the flexibility.
