How long have you worked for Ntrinsic and what area do you specialise in?

I have worked at Ntrinsic since November 2019 and I am responsible for attracting and recruiting experienced and talented individuals for our growing teams across Europe.


Can you tell us what a ‘typical’ day is like for you at Ntrinsic?

My days are filled with searches on LinkedIn, promoting our brand, talking to potential consultants about opportunities within Ntrinsic and building a pipeline of talented individuals for the future across Europe.


What makes Ntrinsic stand out as a recruitment company?

The leadership team and the company’s values. Plus, we work on momentum, going far beyond delivering niche, expert and personal service. We are an invaluable IT recruitment business partner for companies, contractors and IT individuals around the world.


What do you think makes a great recruitment consultant?

Tenacity, team player, someone who takes pride in their work, listens and communicates effectively and is not afraid of going the extra mile to make a difference.


What’s the best bit about your job?

Working with the people at Ntrinsic and recognising talent that will enhance what we have to offer to our clients and candidates, we have an excellent story and journey to tell.

To find the best talent in the market


What’s the biggest challenge you face in your role?

It is a competitive market we work in and attracting the right talent takes time

Open and timely communication and thinking outside the box


At Ntrinsic, consultants are motivated by solutions rather than being driven by KPIs. How does this impact your work?

It doesn’t. It’s a collaborative environment, we all want the end goal of delivering the best results to our clients and candidates and my goal is to find the right people to make that happen.
