How long have you worked for Ntrinsic?

I have been with Ntrinsic for a year now, and what a year it has been.

Can you tell us what a ‘typical’ day is like for you at Ntrinsic?

A typical day involves speaking with clients and consultants alike, ascertaining the needs of both and matching the best people in the right roles. 

What makes Ntrinsic stand out as a recruitment company?

Ntrinsic as a business is strategically positioned strongly both in the UK and in Europe which is a rare trait for a British Company after Brexit and one which helps us deliver clients' needs on large scale international programs.

What do you think makes a great recruitment consultant? 

Tenacity, confidence and communication.

What’s the best bit about your job?

Speaking with interesting people and helping them find work which ultimately rewards both of us. 

How would you describe the culture at Ntrinsic?

Open, honest and supportive.

What’s the biggest challenge you face in your role?

Coming into a new industry in such an unusual time. It does however allow me to empathise with those doing the same and considering their options during the uncertainties of Covid-19.
