Being responsible for the overall revenue generation for the Ntrinsic Group he is no stranger to working with a broad range of businesses. With his significant experience he offers genuine consultative advice to our clients and candidates and also contributes to the strategic focus of the business. Outside of work Mike is an avid sports fan and continues to be active and fit.
After 13 years with a UK-based Oracle Partner, Robin joined Ntrinsic in March 2017. Here, his specialist UK knowledge is helping to drive Ntrinsic's growth across Europe. When not at work, Robin enjoys his family time and running half marathons to raise money for a variety of charities.
New to recruitment following a change in career from a stockbroker, Todd takes the fast paced work ethic and client lead relationships learned in finance into the recruitment industry. Todd expects his name to rise quickly in the Oracle world as a go-to for helping consultants and clients deliver on their projects with the right expertise needed at the right time.
On a personal side, Todd’s interests lie in sport, dance and animals with passions for golf, lindy hop and last but not least, dogs!
Oscar is a friendly, outgoing Recruitment Consultant focusing on all things Oracle Applications; from Oracle ERP (Finance, HCM, SCM etc..) to Oracle EPM (PBCS, HFM, EPBCS etc..). He has proven success in building and maintaining productive client relations, maintaining organisational databases and capitalising on new business opportunities. Oscar is currently building a network within Oracle and is always happy for a call or a coffee.
Olga joined Ntrinsic in June 2021 and has a legal background. For Olga, the best part of her role is finding the perfect fit for both the client and the candidate. Outside of work, Olga has a keen interest in Neuroscience and psychology.
Matt joined Ntrinsic in 2020 to launch the SAP Transformation practice, Matt has been specialising in SAP and Technology recruitment for the last 13 years, across Europe and North American markets.
Outside work, Matt enjoys keeping fit by practicing different sports, as well as spending quality time with friends and family.
Thomas joined Ntrinsic in July 2020 with two and half years of sector experience. After working in IT sales for a short time he realised that connecting people is what truly makes him happy. In addition to traveling to Asia or South America, Thomas is passionate about personal self-development and is a member of a Business Book Club. He also loves sports and leaves the city regularly to go and mountain bike in nature.
Peter has more than 20 years’ experience within the IT, Technology and Digital recruitment sector. Working with leading corporate organisations and fast-growth start-ups across within the UK and EMEA markets, he delivers a high-quality output against designated time frames, with a solid focus on quality stakeholder management.
His extensive and broad ranging experience includes direct sourcing, talent attraction, talent mapping and on-boarding, with a particular emphasis on hard to secure and specialist skill areas including Cloud, Data and IT Security.
Lucia joined Ntrinsic in early 2019 and has over 6 years’ experience within recruitment spanning a broad range of sectors. Her focus at Ntrinsic sits within the Data Science and Analytics space, placing the best talent in the market.
She is keen to continue to establish herself as the ‘go to’ Consultant for permanent staff within this sector.
Matt joined Ntrinsic in March 2021. With over 20 years experience working in sales and sales management, Matt has a broad understanding of different types of clients. He is keen to transfer these skills to a career at Ntrinsic. Ntrinsic matches Matt's core values of professionalism, a drive to succeed and a commitment to being the best for our customers.
Pierre-Olivier is an excellent recruiter with a great set of people skills. He has the ability to detect a client's needs quickly and maintains strong relationships with his candidates. He is eager to discover new and innovative ways in meeting new clients and establishing lasting relationships. Pierre-Olivier has an outstanding eye when it comes to overseeing the recruitment process.
Jawida has been with Ntrinsic for over four years. As our Contract Manager, she is fundamental to the relationships between our contractors, our clients and our own in-house consultants. As a multi-lingual professional she is very well placed to mirror the international nature of Ntrinsic. In her time away from the office Jawida spends her time looking after her twin boys and travelling to and from France.
With a degree in Political Science and Business, and after travelling extensively, Léontine chose to bring her skills and expertise to work in Brussels. Léontine is focused on supporting the sales team to enable their sustained success. Out of work, Léontine likes to socialise with friends and is always planning her next adventure.
Eva is qualified CIMA student with 9 years’ accounting experience in the recruitment sector and joined Ntrinsic in December 2018 as Management Accountant. Her role is to provide financial support to the directors and all other teams cross both the London and Brussels offices. Outside of work, Eva enjoys spending time with her family on short city breaks, beach holidays and skiing.
Sarah joined Ntrinsic in December 2019 with 18 years recruitment experience as a Consultant. She works within the Contracts Team ensuring that we provide a flawless service to our contractors and works on business improvement projects.
Outside of work, Sarah enjoys going to concerts, cake baking and spending time with her family.
Susanna is a seasoned recruitment professional with an international career spanning 26 years. More latterly she spent 10 years in the Middle East helping start a successful recruitment business and subsequently working for a large international management consulting firm overseeing the Middle East, India and African regions. Outside of work Susanna is a keen paddler boarder which she enjoys with her friends, family and black Labrador!
With 20 years’ experience in CxO functions in Consulting companies, Gregory has acquired extended expertise in various domains such as People Management, Business Development, creation of new Business Units or new companies, Networking and Entrepreneurship. Gregory has participated in large, complex IT projects and the follow-up of consultants at client sites. He has overall responsibility for projects, with tracking of performance according to predefined KPI’s/SLA’s. He is also involved in the calculation of project profitability.
