    In a role essential to the Consultant placement process that enables us to offer truly integrated recruitment solutions, you’ll support the Sales team with efficient, effective administration and identify suitable candidates. That involves extensive use of professional internet platforms to build excellent candidate relationships, reading CVs and learning the Oracle e-Business world language, and becoming expert in our recruitment software.

    Right now, we’re looking for an experienced Contract Recruiter ambitious to build their own Oracle desk in Kingston or Brussels. It’s an exciting, dynamic and challenging opportunity that will see you manage the entire process of sourcing and recruiting IT specialists, from brief to job offer, maintaining excellent relationships with existing clients and establishing new ones as part of your business development goals.

    While experience in IT Contract Sales would be an advantage, more important is an impressive track record in recruitment. So, you’ll have strong sales, networking and client development capabilities, clear commercial acumen and excellent time management and organisational skills.
