The Ntrinsic Meet the Team Series - Olga Adam
Over the last two years, Ntrinsic have embarked on a journey of transformation, focusing on driving our own expansion and evolution, implementing significant positive changes that have transformed and expanded what we do, how we do it and who we do it for.
None of this would be possible without our people.
Across our UK and Brussels teams our people have exceptional experience of being trusted suppliers to major FTSE companies and PR funded fast-growth start-ups. And each is dedicated to growing their focus on specific skill verticals, ensuring their knowledge and networks yield quality and depth.
Today we welcome Olga Adam to our team. Here is your opportunity to learn a little more about her.
What is your background?
I have a legal background. I completed my bachelor’s degree in Civil Law and my master’s degree in Commercial and Company Law.
Why did you choose Ntrinsic?
I chose Ntrinsic for the remarkable approach the company has towards people. Ntrinsic invests heavily in building long-term, high-quality relationships. When I decided to join the recruitment world, I knew that I wanted to be a part of the best team - so Ntrinsic was my number one choice.
Why have you made a career industry change?
During my previous work experiences my favourite part of the daily work tasks was recruitment. The whole process would mesmerize me - from “painting the picture” of an ideal candidate to sourcing and screening. The most gratifying part was finding the perfect fit, seeing how it changed someone's life for the better and how big of an asset the person became for the company. My career change towards recruitment is mainly driven by making a substantial positive impact on a client, both candidate and company.
What’s your favourite film?
How do you spend time outside of work?
Outside work I like to invest as much time as I can in my personal development. That includes, but is not limited to, Neuro Linguistic Programming courses, psychological books and Neuroscience studies.
You can invite two celebrities for dinner – who would they be?
Neale Donald Walsh (not necessarily a celebrity but his books have had a tremendous impact on my life) and Remedios Varo.
What’s the best country you have ever visited? Would you go back?
The best country I have ever visited is USA. I would love to go back and explore more of it. Alaska is number one on my bucket list.
Describe yourself in four words?
Passionate, dedicated, responsible, genuine
