Ntrinsic is a Recruitment company, making placements and employing internal staff. The company has its head office in the UK, a second office in Brussels, and a presence in France.

Our Business

Our business involves the sourcing and placement of candidates into client organisations, on either a contract or a permanent basis, within the technology sector.

Our Policies on Slavery and Human Trafficking

We are committed to ensuring that there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in any part of our business. We make a clear statement that we take our responsibilities to our employees, people working within our supply chain, our candidates, and our clients seriously. Our policy reflects our commitment to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships and ensure slavery and human trafficking is not taking place anywhere.

Due Diligence Processes for Slavery and Human Trafficking

As part of our initiative to identify and mitigate risk –

  • We build long standing relationships with clients and candidates and make clear our expectations of business behaviour
  • We expect all clients and suppliers to have suitable anti-slavery and human trafficking policies and processes
  • We encourages employees to notify manager as soon as possible if they believe or suspect that a conflict with this policy has occurred, or will occur in the future. They must raise concerns if they suspect modern slavery in any part of our business.


Breaches of this Policy

We have zero tolerance to slavery and human trafficking. We expect all our employees, contractors and clients comply with our values.

Any employee who breaches this policy will face disciplinary action, which could result in dismissal for misconduct. We may terminate our relationship with other individuals and organisations working on our behalf if they breach this policy.

This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes our slavery and human trafficking statement for the current financial year.
